Murray proud of former Wolves stars

Murray broke into the Wolves first-team set-up at the same time as Lescott but their careers could not have developed more differently. Lescott is currently on duty with England having recently completed a £22million move to Manchester City, while Murray is just hoping to still have a career after a host of serious injuries over the years. Robbie Keane, Lee Naylor and Keith Andrews are other former team-mates of Murray's to go on to better things, but the goalkeeper is just happy to see his good friends enjoying success. "Jealous? I think jealous means you wish they didn't have it and you did. And that's not me at all," Murray told the Express & Star. "I'm buzzing for Joleon, buzzing for all the lads. Keano (Robbier Keane, Keith (Andrews) at Blackburn, Nayls (Lee Naylor) playing Champions League football at Celtic. "In the summer, I'm off to South Africa to watch the Irish at the World Cup assuming they qualify. That will be unbelievable. No, I don't resent them a moment of it, not at all. "Maybe I could have a few hundred games under my belt but I would never be arrogant enough to complain about my life. I have got a lovely wife and two beautiful kids. "However, if I could just have one thing more, to be complete, it would be to get fit again. Just give me that please and this man could never ask for anything more."
