With Wanderers having secured their top-flight status a full 18 days ago, the club's hierarchy have already had plenty of time to plan initial talks and single out early targets.[LNB]One of those, Sami Hyypia, has already revealed he will not be coming to Molineux, but Moxey insists Wolves will not hang around in their efforts to mould a squad capable of avoiding the drop.[LNB]"We're starting to have conversations with agents and free transfer players and looking at our targets, compiling our budget and getting ourselves in a position where we can strike while the iron's hot," the club's chief executive told the Express and Star.[LNB]"We have started that process - we're honing our plans and beginning to speak to agents and clubs about the availability of players and we're optimistic about starting to do something.[LNB]"The Premier League season isn't over yet, so we have to wait until the season's finished, but the process of trying to sign players has already started."[LNB][LNB]
