Wolves winger Michael Kightly is pleased to be back in action after two seasons of injury woe. [LNB] The 25-year-old played the second half of Saturday's 2-1 pre-season defeat to Crewe but he wasn't too down after the match as he was just pleased to be back on the field again.[LNB]"It's been a tough two years," he told sportinglife.com.[LNB]"I've had a good off-season, a good two weeks of pre-season and 45 minutes today. I feel like my fitness is getting there.[LNB]"It's the worst thing in the world being injured, especially when you don't know when you will come back and you can't set yourself any targets. [LNB]"It's very frustrating and at times you doubt whether you are going to get back. [LNB]"Thankfully I've come through it and the club have been different class with me and hopefully we can look forward now."[LNB]Kightly was a key member of the Wolves squad that won the Championship in the 2008/09 campaign and he is sure he can return to top form in the Premier League.[LNB]He added: "I obviously haven't played too much in the last two years but before that I was a regular in the team and I want to get back to that form I showed in the Championship winning season."
