Jody Fights Off Twitter Idiot

15 August 2010 11:35
Wolves defender Jody Craddock was forced to defend himself on Twitter following his tackle on Kenwyne Jones in the 2-1 win against Stoke City on the first day of the Premiership season The tackle early in the first half was clean and hard and Jody took the ball but as Jones fell he seemed to twist his knee. Jones was immediately subbed and was in alot of pain on he Molineux sidelines. Stoke boss Tony Pulis was obviously disappointed to lose his star striker but there was no blame heaped on Craddock But then some nomark anonymous idiot on Twitter launched an attack on Craddock who felt he had to respnd , see below for the "coversation" @deadlineday  You dirty fucking c***** ! What were you trying to do, end the poor lads career. Filthy bastard. @MrJodyCraddock wasn't even a free kick I won the ball @MrJodycraddock Will be expecting my apology from @deadlineday for calling me a c**** . As I watched MOTD and it wasn't a bad challenge @deadlineday I do apologise for the profanities. I still believe that you knew what you were doing, yours or micks idea, we'll never know @deadlineday like I said I apologise for that original tweet. I know you touched the ball but it was a foul by letter of the law.  The last entry from Jody read @ deadline day apologised for comment, everything cleared up , one big happy family again Anyone who knows Jody as a player will know he is one of the most honest players around and the way he has handled this situation yet again shows what a class act he is.
