Ismail, 18, came through the youth ranks at Molinuex before signing a first professional contract in 2010. He made his first senior appearance for the club in September this year, coming on as a substitute in the Capital One Cup defeat to Chelsea. The former England Under-17 international goes straight into the Dons squad for Saturday's match against Colchester.
