The Aston Villa forward moved to Molineux until the end of the season in March and has settled in well, making one start and three substitute appearances.
The 29-year-old played the last half-hour of Wanderers' 1-0 win against QPR which secured their return to the top flight and admitted there were memorable scenes after the final whistle.
Harewood said: "It was a really good day on Saturday. The lads have been awesome and I can see why they have been top for so long. There's a really good set-up."
Asked whether he will be making a permanent switch to Molineux in the summer, Harewood added: "I have no idea what will happen."
