Wolves defender Kevin Foley has revealed he is hoping for a long and prosperous future at the club.[LNB] The 25-year-old right-sided Irishman is only 12 months into a four-year contract he signed last summer and is determined to pledge himself to the Molineux cause.[LNB]Wolves have all but survived relegation from the Premier League this season and Foley wants to remain at the club in the top-flight for the long term.[LNB]"I've been here for almost three years now and I've another three years ahead of me," he said in the Birmingham Mail.[LNB]"I'll be here for the long term, definitely. I've had a great three seasons here so far.[LNB]"I was lucky enough to get the Fans' Player of the Year award last year and I'm looking forward to many more seasons here because it is such a great club with a great set-up and you couldn't ask for any more as a player. [LNB]"Wolves will get my best years which they always say are in your late 20s.[LNB]"I'd rather be 23 or 24 for as long as possible, but I'm kicking on now. I'm still only 25, though, so I have got plenty of years left in me.[LNB]"I'd like to go on playing for as long as I can. I wouldn't like to retire earlier than I have to.[LNB]"You read about so many footballers who don't know what to do with themselves when they retire. There are only so many games of golf you can play.[LNB]"Without a shadow of doubt I'll be at Wolves for a long time. I've enjoyed it here. [LNB]"Next season, providing we are still in the Premier League, is going to be a big test for us - bigger than this year - and I want to be a part of that."[LNB]Wolves are currently clear of Hull and West Ham in the table but will want to ensure their safety with results against Blackburn, Portsmouth and Sunderland.
