Joe Hart's former landlord David Edwards did not rub it in after Wolves' 2-1 Premier League win over Manchester City on Saturday.[LNB] Wolves hit back with goals from Nenad Milijas and David Edwards after Emmanuel Adebayor's penalty at Molineux.[LNB]Edwards' first goal for 14 months came at the expense of his former Shrewsbury team and house mate Hart, who was in goal for City.[LNB]Edwards said: "We are very good friends and, when I bought my first house, we were both at Shrewsbury together and he rented a room off me, for peanuts at the time.[LNB]"He owes me no rent and he has bought me a couple of drinks since then so it's okay![LNB]"I said to him, I thought he did well, that he couldn't do anything about the two goals, but he was obviously disappointed about the result.[LNB]"But he was kind of happy in a way if anyone was going to score the winner, that it was me.[LNB]"We haven't been getting results recently but have been playing well. It was nice to get the goal that got us the three points."[LNB]Wolves striker Kevin Doyle said: "We played well last week against Chelsea and decent the other night against Manchester United.[LNB]"This time we got the result which makes a big difference.[LNB]"It is just little things, concentration and things like that, and we got it right. We played well, they huffed and puffed.[LNB]"We were not just physical. We played football as well which was nice."[LNB]Doyle admitted: "I won't lie. The belief takes a knock when you are not winning[LNB]"There is only so long you can keep going saying 'we played well and got beat'[LNB]"The win is a massive boost for us. No-one expected us to win and hopefully it has surprised a few people.[LNB]"It didn't surprise us but it is still a big confidence shot for us."
