Edwards sets Wolves goal target

The 23-year-old's first-half volley in Wales' 3-0 win against Scotland was his third international goal in 18 appearances, but he has scored once in 12 domestic appearances this term, taking his Wanderers tally to five in 70 appearances in all competitions.

With 19th-placed Wolves meeting Chelsea on Saturday and Birmingham the following week, Edwards knows he can boost his side's survival fight by weighing in with goals.

"I always want to score more goals," Edwards told Wolves' official website. "My record since I came to Wolves probably could have been better but it is a lot harder this season in the Premier League and you certainly don't get as many chances.

"With that in mind I have to make sure I make the most of the chances when they come along."
