Doyle winning fitness race

Wolves striker Kevin Doyle is winning his battle to be fit for Saturday's Premier League clash with West Ham at Molineux. Doyle pulled out of the Republic of Ireland's midweek Euro 2012 qualifier against Slovakia with a knee problem. But the former Reading player came through a full training session on Thursday with no apparent ill effects. Doyle, 27, was Wolves' leading scorer with nine goals last season and is often used as the only striker in a 4-5-1 formation.
