Nenad Milijas and Republic of Ireland striker Doyle were on target as Wolves moved out of the Premier League bottom three, just a few days after McCarthy had come in for heavy criticism for changing all 10 outfield players in the 3-0 reverse at Manchester United.[LNB]Doyle said of the midweek rest: "It showed, didn't it? We were sharp from the off.[LNB]"I think we were the better team throughout. We sat back a bit and we were the fresher team."[LNB]It was Wolves' third win in four matches.[LNB]"It's amazing what a couple of wins do," added Doyle on Sky Sports News.[LNB]"People were writing us off only a few weeks ago but we've got three important points and three important wins. Hopefully it will be a nice Christmas."[LNB]Doyle celebrated his strike in wintry weather by taking his shirt off and revealing a bare chest.[LNB]But even the mandatory yellow card did not take the smile off his face.[LNB]"It doesn't feel cold after you score a goal, you don't feel a thing," he added.[LNB][LNB]
