Walsall have been dealt a blow after Wolves activated a recall clause to end David Davis' loan stay at the Banks's Stadium.[LNB] The midfielder has started every game for the Saddlers since initially arriving on a month-long deal on September 9, with an extension into a second month agreed only last Tuesday.[LNB]But Wolves have been left with no option to recall the 19-year-old, who will now be a part of their squad for Saturday's trip to Chelsea, with both Karl Henry and Michael Mancienne unavailable.[LNB]Walsall boss Chris Hutchings saluted Davis for his sterling service before admitting he will assess the situation on Thursday afternoon as to whether a replacement is needed.[LNB]"Whether we bring someone in or give someone already here their chance is something that we will be looking at very closely," he told the club's official website.
