Bent completes Wolves loan move

Wolves have boosted their strike options with the signing of out-of-favour Birmingham striker Marcus Bent on a surprise four-month loan deal.[LNB] Bent, 32, bolsters Wolves' numbers up front following the departure of Andy Keogh to Cardiff on a season-long deal.[LNB]"Marcus is an experienced striker who has played plenty of Premier League football and scored goals," said Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey.[LNB]"People still talk about whether we've got enough Premier League experience, and Marcus will add to that.[LNB]"He's also a different type of striker to what we have in that he's a physical presence.[LNB]"We needed someone after the departure of Andy Keogh and Marcus can do a job for us."[LNB]Bent has fallen down the pecking order at St Andrews after the arrivals of Nikola Zigic and Matt Derbyshire.[LNB]He spent parts of last season on loan at Middlesbrough and QPR.
