Wolfsburg's stance annoys Milan

Exasperated AC Milan general manager Adriano Galliani has warned Wolfsburg that the Rossoneri's interest in striker Edin Dzeko could be waning.

Galliani has been annoyed by quotes attributed to Wolfsburg vice-president Stephan Gruehsem who said earlier this week that the Bosnia international was not for sale.

The 23-year-old scored 26 goals to help his club to the Bundesliga title last season, attracting interest from a number of clubs across the continent.

AC Milan are leading the chase to sign him, although Galliani said: "If they don't change their stance, we will turn to other objectives."

Milan could attempt to land Bayern Munich striker or even Barcelona forward Samuel Eto'o if they fail to capture Dzeko.
