Wolfsburg eye Eduardo move

Hoffenheim midfielder Carlos Eduardo is on Wolfsburg's wanted list, according to reports.

The 21-year-old featured in 25 Bundesliga games for Hoffenheim last term and is regarded as one of German football's hottest properties.

The Brazilian youngster joined the club from Gremio in 2007 and helped Hoffenheim clinch promotion just over 12 months ago.

However, it is believed that Wolfsburg face competition from 2007-08 UEFA Cup winners Zenit St Petersburg for Eduardo's signature.
