Dzeko expected to remain

Edin Dzeko looks set to stay with Wolfsburg this month after the striker's agent revealed that the Bundesliga club have placed a 40million Euro price tag on his head.

The Bosnia hot-shot has been one of the most prolific strikers in Europe during the past two season and is believed to have suitors in Italy with AC Milan and England in the shape of Manchester United and Arsenal.

"He costs so much, he has a clause of 40million Euros," said agent Silvano Martina when asked about the possibility of a January move away from the Volkswagen Arena.

"I can say that for him it is premature to speak of the certainty of a transfer."

The latest reports have linked Dzeko with a move to Milan in exchange for their unsettled Netherlands striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.
