Third Chelsea bid turned down for Moses

Twenty-one year old Moses has been the subject of interest from both Liverpool and Chelsea this summer and this present bid, believed to be in the region of £5 million has been turned down flat.
The Latics value Moses, who is entering the final year of his contract, at a minimum of £10 million and will refuse to let him go for any less.
Speaking about the latest offer from Chelsea, Latics chairman Dave Whelan said: “They’ve made three bids and we’ve not accepted any. I don’t know if they’ll bid again but if they do we always listen.”
It is being reported that Moses has now sacked his agent Tony Finnegan and is set to have talks with Martinez over his Latics future.
Finnegan was a big player in the force to get Moses to move from the Latics and it is possible that the former Crystal Palace player now believes a further developmental year with the Latics would offer more to his long term career than a season of substitute appearances for one of the big boys.
It must however be stressed that the sacking of Finnegan at present are just rumours.
