Wigan v WOLVES: Adlene Guedioura is out long term as Mick McCarthy goes unchanged

01 October 2010 10:09
Wolves will be without midfielder Adlene Guedioura for the Barclays Premier League clash at Wigan after he suffered a broken leg against Aston Villa last weekend.

The Algeria international will be out of action for four to six months after suffering the setback as a second-half substitute in a challenge from Villa's Steve Sidwell.

Wolves boss Mick McCarthy could name an unchanged starting XI as he has been happy with the performance levels despite his side suffering three successive defeats.

Huge blow: Adlene Guedioura is set for a long spell on the sidelines

Midfielder Stephen Hunt is back in training after his lengthy lay-off with a foot problem but is not ready to return, while defender Ronald Zubar (hamstring) is still sidelined.
