Wigan midfielder Nick Powell could be in contention to start against Wolves

Wigan have no new problems as they look to halt a seven-match winless run against Wolves.

Nick Powell returned from a groin injury as a substitute against Fulham recently and could be in contention to start.

Midfielder Alex Gilbey is sidelined with knee and ankle injuries which are likely to keep him out for the foreseeable future.

Defender Reece Burke has undergone a hernia operation and will be out for up to a month.

Wolves boss Walter Zenga insists Nouha Dicko is still a few week away from first-team action after his goal for the under-23s last week.

The striker has been out for a year with a knee injury and Zenga will not rush him back to action.

Jordan Graham and Michal Zyro remain long-term absentees with their own knee injuries which forced them to miss the end of last season.

Mike Williamson is out until 2017 but Ivan Cavaleiro is pushing to start after coming off the bench to score in Saturday's 3-1 win over Brentford.
