Beausejour back for Latics

Jean Beausejour returns from suspension for Wigan's third home game in eight days against Millwall.

If selected, the Chilean is likely to be one of numerous changes from the team which won 1-0 against Leeds. Manager Uwe Rosler blamed Latics' lacklustre performance on the fact he only made two alterations to his starting XI and, with another game three days later, the German vowed to shuffle his pack.

Wigan play Arsenal in their FA Cup semi-final on Saturday so those who cannot feature at Wembley - including Martyn Waghorn, Ryan Tunnicliffe and Rob Kiernan - are prime candidates to feature. Meanwhile, winger Shaun Maloney, on the brink of a first-team comeback after recovering from a hip problem, could play some part for the first time since September.

Full-back James Perch has nine domestic yellow cards and another caution would trigger a two-game suspension, ruling him out of the semi-final. Midfield trio Ben Watson (broken leg), Chris McCann (knee) and Roger Espinoza (hernia) all miss out again.

Jermaine Easter could return to the Millwall squad.

The striker has been sidelined for five weeks with a thigh injury but is fit again meaning only defender Dan Shittu and midfielder Richard Chaplow (both Achilles) are unavailable.

Boss Ian Holloway made seven changes to his line-up at the weekend and was rewarded with a vital 2-1 win at Nottingham Forest.

He may have to tinker with his side, though, as midfielders Lee Martin (knee) and Nicky Bailey (back) have only just returned from injury lay-offs and might not manage two matches in quick succession.
