Wigan in the Hunt for Palacios replacement after agreeing£5m fee for Reading winger

Head boy: Reading's Stephen Hunt is reported to be the target of a£5m bid from Wigan. Hunt has also attracted interest from Tottenham and would favour a move to north London, but the White Hart Lane club have yet to table a bid, leaving the way open for high-flying Wigan. Reading are reluctant to lose Hunt as they bid for an immediate Premier League return, but will not stand in his way if they receive an acceptable offer.   More.
