Vela linked with DW move

Twenty-one year old Mexican forward, Carlos Vela, is said to be growing unhappy with the lack of first team opportunities at Arsenal and is talking up a move to the Latics. Vela started in the 3-1 friendly defeat for Mexico against England on Monday night at Wembley. He also scored against the Latics when the two sides met last season in the Carling Cup. Now, with the flowing football employed under Roberto Martinez, Vela feels the DW Stadium could well be the best place for him to grow his talent. He is quoted in the Metro: "Having a good World Cup can open many doors. If not at Arsenal, we’ll see where." CLICK HERE FOR THE MESSAGEBOARD
