FC Twente have won the chase for Miroslav Stoch after signing the Chelsea teenager on a season-long loan. Stoch made five substitute appearances for the Blues last term and had been looking to move out on loan to gain further first-team experience. The Slovakian forward's agent confirmed Wigan, Reading, Borussia Monchengladbach and Besiktas, in addition to Twente, had been showing an interest. However, Stoch has opted for a move to Steve McClaren's Twente side where he will link up with another Chelsea player - Slobodan Rajkovic. Twente have been active in the transfer market this week and have also splashed out a club record to sign Bryan Ruiz from AA Gent. The Costa Rican attacker had been wanted by the likes of Anderlecht and Zenit St Petersburg, but has joined Twente in a 5million euros (£4.3million) deal. McClaren has also added Maccabi Haifa striker Ransford Osei to his squad on loan and finalised a four-year deal for South African ace Bernard Parker.
