Swans test for Latics
Wigan have been drawn at home to Swansea in the Carling Cup fourth round.
The Latics have triumphed over Hartlepool and Preston in the competition so far while Swansea have seen off Barnet, Tranmere and Peterborough
The tie will be played in the week commencing October 25.
