Wigan Athletic striker Hugo Rodallega is presently very unhappy with his lack of goals for the club.

The Columbian international striker has failed to find the back of the net for the Latics so far this season and the pressure is starting to be felt.

Speaking about his present baron run, Rodallega said: "I have never lived through a bad run like this and it's normal that I should be worried.

"What's happened to me is incredible and I'm very unhappy at my lack of goals. I'm not doing anything different - just suffering a very bad run. I am a striker and I've not forgotten how to score.

"I certainly feel for the fans who have supported me so well since my arrival."

Rodallega is out of contract in the summer and he has stated that talks can wait until he has rediscovered his form in front of goal.

"At the moment I can think only about Wigan," he added. "I know the club wants me to stay but there is still plenty of time for us to talk.

"There are many rumours about my future but I am focused on saving Wigan. The Premier League is the best in the world. I came here to triumph, not fail."

Latics boss Roberto Martinez has previously stated there has been some conmmunication issues with Rodallega's agent in Columbia and the striker is free to talk to potential suitors from 1 January 2012 ahead of his contract expiry in the summer.
