Wigan Athletic are to offer striker Hugo Rodallega a new contract to keep him at the DW Stadium.[LNB] The Latics are keen to keep the Colombian, who is into the final year of his contract and can talk to clubs from January 1. [LNB]Roberto Martinez is set to lose one of his star names before the start of the season, with winger Charles N'Zogbia on the brink of moving to Aston Villa.[LNB]Rodallega, who's scored 22 goals in two and a half years at Wigan, has been competing in the Copa America this month and there has been reported interest from clubs including Arsenal and Everton.[LNB]But Owner Dave Whelan told the Wigan Evening Gazette that Rodallega is an important part of the club's plans.[LNB]He said: "We'll be talking to Hugo when he gets back from the Copa America, and as far as I know he's happy here. We'd like him to stay.[LNB]"We've not had an offer in for Hugo, and I would imagine Roberto Martinez will be keen to get something sorted on that one. We do not want to be selling him, though - absolutely not."[LNB]Meanwhile, midfielders Ben Watson and James McCarthy are also in line for new deals.[LNB]
