Rodallega facing three months out
Latics striker Hugo Rodallega is facing three months on the sidelines after suffering a suspected knee ligament rupture. The Columbian international was stretchered off in stoppage time against Everton yesterday and Roberto Martinez revealed it could be bad news. He told Sky Sports:"It doesn't look too good. I wouldn't like to say before we get the scans, but the problem is with his medial ligaments in his right knee. "That's a real negative, a real blow. He will have a scan in the morning but it doesn't look a good one." With the transfer window now closed, the signings on deadline day of Albert Crusat and Shaun Maloney have taken on further importance. Latics fans will also be comforted by the early season form of Franco Di Santo who scored his second goal of the season against the Toffees.
