Speaking ahead of tomorrow's game, Everton boss David Moyes was complimentary of Roberto Martinez and the work he has done with the Latics. Everton are presently up in seventh place and are hopeful of earning a place in Europe so this weekend's contest will be hard fought. David Moyes is aware that the Latics will be tough to beat given the present leageu position. Speaking to the Everton official website, the former Preston boss said: "I don't know if it is any different to Wolves and Blackburn. "Their style of football under Roberto (Martinez) is a really good style and we have to deal with that. But the situation they are in is similar to those teams." Moyes was also particularly complimentary of the work that Martinez has performed at the club. A number of big wage earners have left as Martinez has cut costs at the DW Stadium. There is also a rather youthful look to the present Latics side that can certainly play attractive football. Moyes added: "I think he is doing a really good job with what is available to him. He wants to play good football but all managers want to win and I am sure he is the same. I am sure he would take not playing well and winning."
