Moses to be given time

Latics boss Roberto Martinez will not rush new signing Victor Moses into action, preferring to slowly blood the player into Premierleague life. The 19 year old was signed during the transfer window from Crystal Palace and has been tipped to have a very bright future in the game.   In a move similar to that offered to fellow teenager James McCarthy, Moses is expected to play a role from the substitutes bench against Bolton this evening. Martinez said: "I will never push a player to be on the pitch when he is not ready. It is a big jump coming from the Championship to the Premier League.   "It is down to individuals how they can adapt to that. It is not a computer game, you don't buy a player to put him straight in. You have to make sure the player is mentally and physically capable of being himself on the pitch. "That takes a bit of time and we are going to give him the time he needs."   CLICK HERE FOR THE MESSAGEBOARD
