Moses can excel for Wigan

Victor Moses is a young man with old-fashioned values as he makes his way in the Barclays Premier League with Wigan. At 19 his idea of fun is to race down the wing, terrify his opponent and either grab a goal or set up a chance. Moses did just that when he scored the winner in the 1-0 victory against West Brom at the DW Stadium. It was the first league goal of the season for the England Under-21 international, who arrived at the end of the January transfer window in a £2.5million move from Crystal Palace. He said: "It is up to the manager (Roberto Martinez). I am just keen to play football and enjoy myself. That is the best thing. "I want to get at the full-back as soon as I get the ball, threaten him and make him nervous. It is important to create chances for the team and go forward all the time. "There are a lot of games to come and I am just keen to keep learning and improving."
