Victor Moses has been called into the Nigeria international squad after confirming his allegiance to the Super Eagles. The 20 year old forward player has appeared for the England under 21 international team but he has chosen to play for Nigeria, the country of his birth. "We have called up Moses for this weekend's match against Ethiopia after we made a couple of changes in the squad," said Nigeria assistant coach Simon Kalika. "Moses was on our standby list and after we released two of our call-ups to the Olympic team who will also be in action this weekend, we decided to invite." Moses is likely to play a key part for the Super Eagles in the future and he has been given the full support of everyone at Wigan Athletic. His agent, Tony Finnigan added: "Victor has accepted the Nigeria call-up, and everyone at Wigan is fully behind him, which is important. "Victor is linking up with the squad ahead of their game with Ethiopia and is really looking forward to playing for Nigeria." Moses is now expected to make his debut in the weekend's game with Ethiopia.
