Martinez expects Figueroa to stay
Roberto Martinez expects Maynor Figueroa to remain a Wigan Athletic player after the close of the transfer window despite the rumoured interest from Liverpool. Figueroa was the subject of interest from Sunderland in January, but he swiftly signed a new contract to pour cold water on those links.
