Jurgen Macho's agent has confirmed his client is yet to win a contract with Wigan Athletic. The free agent Austria international has been training with Wigan recently following his release by AEK Athens. While Macho's agent Thomas Bohm has revealed his client impressed the club's staff, he left the DW Stadium outfit without a deal. However, Macho's team remain in contact with Roberto Martinez's side and are not ruling out thrashing out terms further down the line. Martinez hopes to have Macho back to play in another reserves match against Blackburn when a decision will be made on his future. Macho spent three seasons with Sunderland until 2003 before joining Chelsea, although he failed to make an appearance for the Blues. "We are in touch with Wigan Athletic," Bohm told ORF media. "Jurgen has made a good impression and left with the best of thoughts. "It's a fact, however, we have yet to agree terms with the club. We remain talking to Wigan."
