Latics miss Maynor at Hartlepool
Maynor Figueroa will not feature for Wigan in Tuesday's Carling Cup tie at Hartlepool as he awaits an assessment of an ankle injury.[LNB] Wigan are waiting for news of Figueroa after the defender was carried off on a stretcher at the weekend.[LNB]The Honduras international twisted his ankle late on in the 6-0 Premier League thrashing by Chelsea on Saturday.[LNB]He will not play at Victoria Park but forward Victor Moses (calf) is back in contention.[LNB]New signing Steven Caldwell is eligible after joining the club on a one-year deal today.[LNB]Wigan (from): Kirkland, Al Habsi, Gohouri, Stam, Boyce, Alcaraz, N'Zogbia, Diame, McArthur, McCarthy, Watson, Thomas, Rodallega, Boselli, Gomez, Golobart, S Caldwell.[LNB]
