Sochaux striker Mevlut Erdinc has told skysports.com that a number of clubs are interested in signing him in the summer. The Turkey international is reportedly a target of Aston Villa, Fulham and Wigan, and he has confessed that a move to the Premier League would appeal. Erdinc, who has scored nine goals in Ligue 1 this season, has an €8million (£7.1m) release clause in his contract and it is understood that a number of sides are considering an approach. And the 22-year-old has indicated that he could be interested in leaving after admitting he is planning to hold discussions regarding his future with the Sochaux hierarchy in the summer. "There are clubs interested in me," he told skysports.com. "I can't talk about them. At the end of the season I will sit with the club (Sochaux) and we will see." When asked about a possible move to England, Erdinc added: "The Premier League? It would interest any good player." Bordeaux have also been linked with Erdinc as they search for a potential replacement for Marouane Chamakh, who is expected to leave at the end of the current campaign.
