Wigan captain Gary Caldwell is confident Hugo Rodallega will remain at the club despite being linked with a move away during the summer.[LNB] The Colombian forward hit nine goals last season, including a crucial strike on the final day of the campaign away at Stoke that helped the Latics stay in the Premier League.[LNB]The 26-year-old has just a year left on his current contract at the DW Stadium, with the club wary of losing him on a free transfer next summer.[LNB]Everton and Arsenal have been linked with a swoop for Rodallega, who cost Wigan £4.5million from Mexican outfit Necaxa two years ago.[LNB]However, Caldwell believes the striker is still committed to Roberto Martinez's men, despite not yet signing a new deal that is on the table.[LNB]"I think Hugo wants to be here," said Caldwell.[LNB]"There are always rumours at this stage of the season.[LNB]"But we work with him every day and he will still be a Wigan player at the close of the window."
