Caldwell calls for focus
Wigan captain Gary Caldwell wants to focus fully on the Barclays Premier League campaign in the coming weeks.
Latics can now look forward to facing Arsenal in the Carling Cup quarter-finals at the Emirates Stadium on either November 30 or December 1.
But the with team having slipped to 17th in the table following their loss at Fulham last Saturday, Caldwell says the league must be top priority.
Caldwell, fit again after a long lay-off following a double hip operation, told the Wigan Evening Post: "It's a big game, playing one of the top sides on their own ground, and it's something to look forward to.
"But we've got some massive games coming up in the league and worry about that game when it comes along."
