Bramble keen for Latics stay

Key Wigan defender Titus Bramble would 'love' to extend his stay with the Premier League club.[LNB] The player switched to the Latics from Newcastle on a free transfer back in 2007 and now has just one full season left to run on his current deal.[LNB]The 27-year-old has been maligned for high-profile blunders in the past but is enjoying a renaissance under current boss Steve Bruce, a former central defender himself who has shown every confidence in his prot?.[LNB]Bramble told the Wigan Evening Post: "I have the rest of this season and next season left on my contract.[LNB]Sorted out"I think something will get sorted out soon, my agent is due to speak to the club in the next week or so about a new deal.[LNB]"I'd love to stay here, the fans have been great to me and I'm really settled.[LNB]"What is important is that I'm playing week in, week out - that is what every player wants and I'm no different.[LNB]"I've played 60 games for Wigan in the last two seasons which is great. They've given me a chance and I'm grateful for that.[LNB]"We've got a good squad and I'm sure the manager will make some good signings in the summer to strengthen us further."[LNB]
