Boyce hails Martinez impact

Wigan defender Emmerson Boyce believes Roberto Martinez has brought "flair" to the club.[LNB]The Spaniard left Swansea to succeed Steve Bruce in the Wigan hotseat in the summer and has enjoyed a decent start to his reign.[LNB]Saturday's win away to Burnley was the Latics' fourth in the Barclays Premier League this term and Boyce believes they are also becoming a more cultured side.[LNB]He told the Wigan Evening Post: "It was always going to take time when you have a new manager and new players, but we feel we're getting there and we fully understand what he wants from us.[LNB]"In the last couple of seasons, we've been known as more of a physical and hard-working team, but the manager has brought in some flair players and we're passing the ball around really well."
