EC Nijmegen coach Mario Been has demoted Rachid Bouaouzan to the reserves after repeated breaches of club discipline.[LNB] Bouaouzan, who is with the Eredivisie outfit on a season-long loan from Premier League side Wigan, has also been fined for his actions.[LNB]After moving to Holland from the JJB Stadium at the start of the season, Bouaouzan impressed enough to secure first-team action.[LNB]But after being substituted five minutes before half-time in Sunday's 1-1 draw with Heerenveen the winger failed to appear in the dressing room after the game.[LNB]He was fined for this indiscretion before further problems occurred during a team meeting and training as NEC prepared for their Uefa Cup clash with Hamburg.[LNB]As a result, Been has told the former Sparta Rotterdam player that he will not be involved with the first-team again until further notice.[LNB]Bouaouzan, who was signed by Wigan during Chris Hutchings' brief spell at the helm, has made just one substitute appearance during his JJB Stadium career.[LNB]
