Arsenal are weighing up a surprise move for Wigan midfielder James McCarthy.[LNB]Manager Arsene Wenger is understood to have made an enquiry about the 20-year-old earlier in the summer, but was told he was not for sale.[LNB]The Republic of Ireland international has been in impressive form since signing from Scottish side Hamilton Academical in 2009.[LNB] Shock move?
