Boss Gould to 'galvanise' Terras

Weymouth chairman Ian Ridley has backed new boss Bobby Gould to secure the Terras' Blue Square Premier future. Gould was appointed following the dismissal of Alan Lewer, who was relieved of his duties after the club suffered 11 straight defeats. Ridley told BBC Radio Solent: "What we need is a leader of men, someone who can galvanise the football club and Bobby will do that.
