West Ham are eyeing a £2.5m permanent move for loan signing Victor Obinna. TheNigeria striker has scores two Carling Cup goals since his arrival on aseason-long loan from Inter Milan in the summer - but has yet to openhis Premier League account for the rock-bottom Hammers.
