Sullivan plea badly timed - Zola

West Ham manager Gianfranco Zola has criticised the timing of club co-owner David Sullivan's plea for all players and staff to take a voluntary pay cut.Sullivan said on Tuesday the club face "Armageddon" if they are relegated.
