Trevor Sinclair believes his former club West Ham is in "a sorry state" following relegation.The Hammers finished the 2010/2011 season bottom of the table on 33 points after winning just seven matches. "They had the squad to stay up last season and a few underachievers within that group have got a lot to answer for," Sinclair told BBC London 94.9.
