    Tevez still in the dark

    30 Jun 2007 - 18:15:44

West Ham United striker Carlos Tevez has admitted that he would welcome the chance to play for Real Madrid, but insists he has received no offer from the Spanish giants.

The Argentina international, currently representing his country at the Copa America, also says that he has no idea where he will be playing his football in the new campaign.

Tevez's representative, Kia Joorabchian, said earlier in the week that the 23-yaer-old would not be moving to Internazionale, but the player himself is keeping his options open.

He said in an interview with Punto Radio: "I would like to play at Real Madrid, but there is no offer from Real Madrid. I have yet to hear anything from Real.

"I do not prefer to go to Inter Milan. That is a lie. It has not come out of my mouth.

"It is not true, because I have not signed anything with Inter or with anybody. I am awaiting offers and I will see which is the best for me.

"I don't know what will happen next season."
