Solano freed by Hammers

Veteran midfielder Nolberto Solano has confirmed he has been released by West Ham United and is on the lookout for a new club.
The 33-year-old Peruvian has been allowed to leave Upton Park after just one season with the Hammers.
Solano made 25 appearances for Alan Curbishley's side following his arrival from Newcastle United in August 2007.
However despite his release, the former Aston Villa and Magpies winger has revealed a desire to remain in the Premier League both as a player and then a manager.
"I am looking for another club," he said. "I hope to stay in England for another two years and after that I will return to Peru.
"Everybody knows what I feel about Newcastle and those fans, but it would be difficult me to ever return there.
"The reason I was forced to leave Newcastle was because of family reasons and that situation has not changed.
"But one day, I might be back at Newcastle as manager."
