Nolan has no regrets

Kevin Nolan does not think leaving Newcastle for West Ham in the summer was a mistake.

Kevin Nolan told The Mirror: "I don't regret anything I've done in my life.

"It was a tough decision to leave Newcastle, but it was right for me and everyone involved.

"It's going very well for us (at West Ham). I'm using the experience I got two years ago with Newcastle."
