Noble rallies Hammers support

Midfielder Mark Noble has told the West Ham fans that their support is vital ahead of two important home fixtures at Upton Park this week. The Hammers face promoted duo West Brom and Blackpool in back-to-back games as they aim to drag themselves off the foot of the Barclays Premier League table.Noble had been one of the Hammers' best players during a difficult period, but is set to miss at least the next two home games after having his appendix removed last week. The 23-year-old returned to light work at training this week and, after receiving the fan's Player of the Month award for October , reassured the club's loyal support that the players were doing their all to turn things around."We are all working hard as a team together," he said. "The backing of the fans is important and they have been fantastic for us in every game this season."We want them to know we are all doing our best to turn results around so we can move up the table. Although I won't be able to play a part against West Brom and Blackpool this week, I will be like everyone else in supporting the lads."
