Neill set to sign new contract at West Ham after change of heart

Lucas Neill is in talks over a return to West Ham. The Australian, who is a free agent, seemed destined for a moveabroad after rejecting their offer of a new contract on reduced terms. Meanwhile, former striker Tony Cottee has rejoined the club in an ambassadorial role.
